Booking conditions

The Gift Card is valid 48 hours after purchase and is valid for 185 days after date of purchase. After receiving the Gift Card, the recipient may make a reservation on Osteria di Passignano's official website (http://www.osteriadipassignano.com/prenota/) entering the Gift Card's code in the drop down menu.

Gift Card reservations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Management reserves the right to restrict Gift Card reservations during periods of closure, holidays, and for private events that have exclusive use of the restaurant, and when there are set menus.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for one lunch or one dinner at the Osteria di Passignano's restaurant. Cancellation policy: reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before reservation date; from 13 to 6 days before reservation date a fee of 50% of total amount will be applied; from 5 days before to reservation day a fee of 100% of total amount will be applied.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 13 November 2024. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.
